Below is my attempted translation to English of the Danish text in the guide, together with conversions of the metre per second windspeeds in the reefing scale to our more familiar Beaufort and knots.
I interpret/simplify the reefing scale as meaning broadly:
Reef main before foresail for each step up in wind force
Up to F3, full main, full genoa, little (5cm/2") mast bend
From F4 up, first reef in main, change genoa to jib (or furl genoa accordingly), add mast bend (to 10cm, 4”)
From F5 up, second reef in main
From F7 up, 3 reefs in main, storm jib
From F10 up, hide under the bedclothes!

i have looked at that PDF and seen the hard, tight and loose (in danish) allocations for different stays, but what tension is actually recommended?
have a guy here that can come check with a tool for about 500 norwegian crowns visually it all looks fine except one “strekkfisk” I need to change out due to the base attachment point bending, but the rest looks good. A few friends reckon the tension is loose though... would be good to sort before making my next long trip!
