Buying LM 28 - bilge keel bolts corroded a bit

Hi, I'm a new member in this forum (cheers to all!) looking to buy an LM 28 located in Cadiz, Spain.  I'm looking at several aspects of this beautiful boat and have found that the bilge keel bolts and nuts area is a bit rusty and corroded, not that much but evident (this boat is a bilge keel version).  Here below are the pictures. Just wanted to read your valued comments and suggestions as to the seriousness, or not, of this and comments on how it can be fixed. I doubt this should be a reason not to buy but interested in your comments. Thanks and best regards, Luis.

Can I refer you to my past posts on lm 30 bilge keel bolts. Look for Chrisww posts. I had trouble with keel bolts - the full story is there but if lm 28 bilge bolts are the same as my lm 30 then they are u bolts formed in situ and will not come out. Just FYI - might require further enquiries.

Thank you Chrisww. Yes I read your story and hope all is going well with your boat. In this case, the keels are still attached to the hull and it is just that the bolts and nuts are a bit corroded. So I don't need to take the actual U bolts out but just one by one unscrew the nut clean it a bit and the apply some type of rust inhibitor. Cheers

my boat is back ON the water much new equipment and keels refitted with new bolts ( fantastic insurance company!)The reason we had to replace was because they had bent off square . The insurers agreed to pay to have them replaced.
to be fair the bolts on my boat looked much the same as yours originally but were in pristine condition once the nuts were off and the keels dropped so had it not been for the bending they would have gone back on with new sealant. The surveyor did recommend larger backing plates however. My boat is. 1983 build and  I cannot compare with yours directly but if you wanted some comfort my experience was as above.
