LM informal meet up Suffolk/Essex - Spring 2018

As you may have seen on another thread, the idea has been mooted of an informal LM gathering, with the suggestion of a trip round to Titchmarsh Marina (Walton Backwaters), where at least one LM is based.  (Other suggestions welcome.)

Initial suggestion is a weekend in mid/late April or May.

Who is up for it, and when would suit you? (I suggest you copy the list below from the most recent post in the thread, and add your user name to whichever dates you are interested in).  

I am trying to find out if dates may be restricted by tidal access, as there seems to be contradictory information on the internet.  If anyone knows, please let me know.

 
April 28/29 - Sula,
May 5/6/7 (Bank holiday weekend) - Sula,
May 12/13 - Sula,
May 19/20 - Sula,
May 26/27/28 (Bank holiday weekend) - Sula,

I had thought previously you were based down there in the deep south, but as you were suggested to me assumed you must have since moved up in the world!

My mistake. Apologies! I'm confusing Ocean Dancer with a particularly shiny LM27 based at Titchmarsh Marina. Would the owner of said shiny LM27 please step forward and be identified.

I am trying to find a cleat for mid ships on my lm 32. The original has markings of FE VE A 4. Can anyone help? Eddie on Geata Ban

Marguerite will be in Titchmarsh this weekend with Jessie, me and my two French grandsons, probably from Friday evening to Sunday midday. Good to see Charlie, John and any other LM owners who might be there.

It was very pleasant to meet Charles and Jessie (and their young French crew) in LM27 'Marguerite' at Titchmarsh at the weekend. It's interesting see the slight variations in arrangements of different era models, and how they have been enhanced and modified by their different owners.

I also saw Arish Mell ashore there, looking stunningly smart and shiny.
