I’m owner of a beautiful LM 24 in Switzerland on the lake of Lugano and I’m kindly asking your help in the following matter:
On Monday the 29.10.2018 we had a big storm coming from south, with about 130 km/h and 1-2 meters of waves. Fortunately my LM 24 got not damaged too much, but the bathing ladder got totally destroyed. Therefore I’m kindly asking you if you know someone who is selling one, or where I could find one.

You could try contacting: Helmer Lund <hl@monsy.dk> Tlf. +45 4033 0133 He was with the now closed company: Masnedø Bådudstyr which was once a major supplier of LM parts.
He was able to supply me with a ladder for my LM32 last year, even though his company had closed. However, and with some hesitation I offer that: The replacement ladder was not of the same quality as the one it replaced. The chrome finish on it is inconsistent, the flanges that rest against the hull were at a different angle than the original, and unlike the original ladder, the steps on the folding part of the ladder rest above the fixed steps when the ladder is folded, meaning that unless you unfold the ladder for every use, the ladder is likely to unfold when your weight rests on the folded steps. In my opinion this is a serious safety issue. I suspect that this ladder was a 'factory second'. Although Helmer did offer to reimburse me if I returned it; due to the cost of returning it, and as my old ladder was damaged beyond repair in a storm event similar to the one you describe, it is still mounted on my boat. I now unfold the ladder prior to every use.
PS ... I'll politely offer my opinion that this post might have been better placed in the 'advice sought' column. While I am not the forum administrator, I believe that the 'Buying' forum is intended more for those who are seeking to buy an LM, instead of those seeking advice regarding repairing one.
Welcome to the forum! What a wonderful resource it has proven to be for me. I'm sure you'll get much help here in the future too!
Have a look at "lm27 boarding ladder" in the advice section. In my search for a replacement ladder for my boat the stern of which is very similar to yours, the best ladder that I could find was from Batsystems. All the details are in the various posts. The ladder I chose has lower legs with swiveling shoes that can be rotated to fit the complex curve of the stern (see my pic). All else you need are two simple wooden blocks at the top shaped to match the curve at the gunnel. These ladders are high quality items of 316 stainless steel. I fitted my ladder with the boat in the water from the pontoon.
