Sadly, Tony passed away in February this year. I purchased Tammie in June from Tony's son. Tammie is now down at Troon where I am refurbishing her. Did you know Tony or Tammie.
I'm sorry to hear that news. I met Tony, in Barcaldine and then I followed his nice little sailing videos, from the area around the island of Mull. R.I.P Tony
Tammie was bought by myself back in May of 2019 and is being restored to as near original condition as possible with all the mahogany being refurbished or re-veneered together with various upgrades.
Tammie's previous owner of 20 years made a series of videos which are on Youtube covering his various cruises on the West Coast of Scotland. If you search "Tammie Eade" on Youtube, you will come accross them. Best if you subscribe (no cost) as you will see about 7 or 8 videos. The last one was a very poignant short video of him helming Tammie onto the boatyard gantry at the end of the 2018 season. Sadly he passed away in February 2019 and his son put Tammie on the market in May when I saw her ashore near Oban.
I have two reviews of the LM28, one by Yachting Monthly and the other by Motor Boat and Yachting. The files are two big to post on here at the moment but I will reduce their size and post on this website.
Wish you well in your search for an LM 28. If you google "Newnow LM28" you will get a list of about 6 LM28s.
