The inside appears to be very upmarket and there are glimpses of new internal features although frustratingly you can't see very much. There does not appear to be a cockpit cover fitted though one is specified I can see that the price reflects the build quality.

Much as I'm all in favour, it does seem a curious choice of model to resurrect, though the LM27 would suit the Dutch waterways well, I imagine.
I am surprised the price is not higher: how can they do it for that price as a one off? I wonder whether this is a commercial venture, building from scratch, or someone private who somehow got hold of a LM27 moulding, and has only now fitted it out.
Either way, having put all that effort/care into building it, you would have thought they would have found a decent photographer.
Some nice touches inside, but it looks as though they haven't quite finished, and it also doesn't quite hang together visually - wood colours, upholstery etc. The rear of the wheel house is enclosed, but there don't appear to be any windows to see through from the cockpit. It has a short bowsprit, somewhat similar to that on the Scanyacht 290 version of the LM27.
Hi, Translating the website reveals that the boat was finished as far as seen in 2017 and has not ever been in the water. The Scanyacht 290 used to retail at £75k so I guess that this is a commisioned yacht where the sale fell through and the builder is now trying to shift it at slightly above cost. The price in sterling works out at around £41k (plus Vat - circa £50k) which for a new boat of this quality is quite attractive. The builder is also looking for a buyer for the moulds.
I'm not going to buy it myself but If anybody here does so then we all want a better look!
