Potential ban on D-I-Y anti-fouling

A recent article highlighted by the British Coatings Federation marine coatings group says there is concern that authorities may decide to stop diy antifouling and restrict it to professional applicators only. l for one would find the cost so prohibitive that it would probably mean the end of boat ownership for me.
