My saldrive on my lm32 ( volvo Penta 110) gets ferry hot on top, i think 50 degre celcius is this normal.

Hello Rony.
not sure what you mean. On the top of my saildrive is the gearbox. Is that getting hot?
My raw water Bukh 24 engine works at around 60 degrees.
