On the LM32 when a single seat is desired; the second seat back folds forward over the seat cushion, then both parts are tilted up and forward, and the whole seat assembly then slides to starboard and into a storage area under the side deck. Are you sure that the second seat isn't already in the stowed position, and relatively out of sight? The folded seat would be just to starboard of the helmsman's shin when he/she is sitting at the helm. Simply withdraw the sliding bolt that is mounted on the same piece of wood that the seat is mounted on, behind the back of the single seat, and pull the seat assembly out, and unfold the second seat. I understand that the folding seat was standard equipment on the LM32's and LM30's. Don't know about other lengths. I suspect it was specifically built for or by LM. I don't know of anything similar on the market.
Or perhaps 33's don't have that second seat... I see the the LM33 Vitesse "Poppy" currently for sale in Argyll, does not appear to have a double seat.
